Once paid, your order number and electronic receipt will arrive in your email; your digital card will arrive in a separate email, which you can use immediately on the website or in a physical store.

How can I redeem the gift card?
You can use the code generated by the card to buy products in the online store and present it digitally in the physical store.

Can a gift card be used more than once?
Yes, provided there is a remaining balance on the card.

Can more than one gift card be used to make a purchase?
Yes. A customer can redeem another gift card during the checkout process.

Can a gift card be used to buy another gift card?
No, you cannot use a gift card to buy another gift card.

Can gift cards be used in conjunction with a discount code?
Yes, gift cards are a form of payment.

Can gift cards be reloaded?
No, you cannot reload a gift card.

How can I check the balance?
You must send us an email at ventas@ortomolecularchile.cl requesting the available amount.

Validity:
1 year from the date of purchase.

CONDITIONS:

-Returns are not accepted for the purchase of the gift card
-It cannot be exchanged for cash.
-It cannot be reloaded
-If you wish to transfer the gift card, you can forward the email to whoever you wish.
